Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are processed the following business day.

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)


2. Shipping & Transit Time

After processing, orders enter the shipping phase. Delivery estimates depend on customer location but remain within the following standard timeframe:

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days for all destinations

These transit windows are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, seasonal demand, or unforeseen logistical changes. Crowns Cart works closely with reliable carriers to maintain consistent delivery experiences.


3. Shipping Costs

Crowns Cart offers free standard shipping on all orders. No additional shipping fee is applied at checkout.


4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all U.S. destinations. All shipments are delivered via trusted national carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may require up to 24 hours to appear within the carrier’s system.


6. Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Crowns Cart is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or carrier-related issues.

If you need to update your shipping details after placing an order, contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed if your order has already been processed.


7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, notify our support team immediately. We will review the matter and provide guidance on the next steps.

8. Returns & Shipping Costs for Returns

Crowns Cart accepts returns for both defective and non-defective items.

  • Return Period: 30 days
  • Return Method: By mail
  • Product Condition: New only
  • Restocking Fees: None
  • Return Shipping Cost:
    • Customer responsibility for non-defective returns
    • Free if the product arrived damaged or defective
  • Refund Processing Time: 5 days after receiving the returned item
